Our Pilates classes are filling quickly! To ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite time or class please book ahead online.

Bookings are now open until Christmas.

Mums & Bubs

Our next Mums & Bubs intake is starting Sept 1st Wednesdays at 10am (1spot left).

Book your “initial M&B appointment” online via our website & add a booking note that you would like to join that class. Your initial appointment is claimable through your private health insurance so bring your card on the day.

We only have 2 intakes per month (August is already full) so please be quick. More info here

And the highlight of the month has to be meeting Pickles. The cutest Pomeranian puppy to a regular client of ours.

I have never received so many text messages about an instagram post before, and when I checked, I can see why 💕

He is very cute… and apparently well behaved.

Father’s Day

Not sure what to get dad this Father’s day?

Give the gift of good health. He can use his voucher for physio, needling, cupping or Pilates.

Does your colleague’s dog’s walker need a physio? 🐕😝

We love helping your friends and family!

Send your loved ones in to see us and we will give you a $10 off voucher for your next Physio treatment!
