Initial Exercise Appointment i Select If you would like to join any of our classes, you will first require an appointment with the physio. During this appointment, the physio will chat to you about your medical history and any injuries you may have. They will also teach you how to turn on your core correctly, assess its strength and teach you Pilates fundamentals if entering a class.
Pilates

Pilates - Mature i Select Tues 930am, 1015am. Fri 930am, 1015am. Wed 11am (Gentle Mature - ring practice to book here). If you cannot see your usual class time in online bookings, it means that the class is fully booked. Please email us to be added to the wait list. info@phyxphysio.com.au
