Welcome to the May 2021 Edition of our newsletter where we will share updates, tips and phyx. stories.

Core Values

We are proudly a values driven company and late last year, we had the opportunity to nut out our values as a team. It was a wonderful experience and we thought it was time to share them with our community.

We use these values as a lens in which we make all decisions and spend time regularly calling each other when we have embodied a particular value. They are alive and kicking within our team.

Our resident comic Briony, thought going the extra mile was too American, so she adopted the extra “kilometre”, since we are down under after all. We love it.

Mums & Bubs Beginner’s Program

Last week we started our new Mums & Bubs 6-Week Pilates Program. Pilates for mums who are looking to strengthen pelvic floor, work on abdominal separation, strengthen all main muscle groups safely under the guidance of our maternal health-trained physios.

A big thanks to our Physio Bec for creating this incredible booklet which will no doubt help many mums across Adelaide.

After having her son Xav (who recently celebrated his 1st birthday 🎉), and gaining a much deeper understanding of what it really feels like to recover from pregnancy and birth, she was motivated to create this resource as part of the program.

Our next beginner’s program starts Tuesdays 11am from May 25th. Max 4 mums – only 1 spot left. Book an ‘Initial Exercise Appointment’ before joining (leave a booking note that you’d like to join M&B Pilates). First come, first serve.
