New Pilates Classes On The Schedule

We have added 2 evening Open Pilates classes to the schedule.

Join Abbey Wednesdays and Thursdays at 715pm starting in June.

That makes Wednesday and Thursday night Pilates with Abbey 545pm, 630pm & 715pm.

Do You Have Abdominal Separation?

Diastasis Rectus Abdominis Muscle (DRAM), commonly known as abdominal separation, is the separation of the connective tissue (linea alba) between the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis) through the centre of the abdomen (the separation your your 6-pack muscles).
