Holly Watkins

Physiotherapist

About Holly Watkins

Holly graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating and before joining the Phyx. team, Holly worked in a busy private practice in the south of Adelaide. She has completed further training in Dry Needling and Pilates (reformer, trap table and small equipment).

In her spare time, Holly loves attending the gym to keep herself fit and strong. As a result, it is only fitting that she has a strong passion for working with her patients to return to activities that make them happy and healthy, whether this be a walk around the block, an elaborate gym program or sport.

If she is not at the gym, you will find her enjoying long walks along the beach with her 2 sausage dogs (Lloyd and Luca) and her partner Markus.

Holly has a keen interest in treating headaches, back and postural pain as well as gym and sporting injuries.

She is a kind and caring person and physiotherapist, who will listen to you and work with you to achieve your goals.
