About Megan Watson

Megan graduated from the University of South Australia with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduating, Megan worked in a Private Practice in country SA before returning to work in Private Practices in Adelaide. She has completed additional training in Dry Needling and Pilates.

Megan grew up in Port Augusta and is a country girl at heart. She played state level basketball as a teen and has a passion for helping young athletes through their injuries to return to the sports they love. She also has a strong interest in Women’s Health, particularly pre and post natal conditions after recently having her daughter, Evie.

Megan has also completed additional training in Cancer Rehab (Oncology Physiotherapy) and has experience in helping cancer patients through all the stages of their oncology journey. She has also completed her Pelvic Health training and is a qualified pelvic floor physiotherapist.

She is a strong advocate for Pilates for injury management, and health and fitness.

If you would like to join any of our classes, you will first require an appointment with the physio. During this appointment, the physio will chat to you about your medical history and any injuries you may have. They will also teach you how to turn on your core correctly, assess its strength and teach you Pilates fundamentals if entering a class.
