About Rebecca Vial
Rebecca graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has post graduate training in dry needling, mat and reformer Pilates.
Bec loves to listen and help you understand your injury, while working collaboratively with you to return to activities you enjoy. She enjoys every aspect of Pilates and thinks it is an incredible tool not only for health and fitness, but also for injury prevention, rehabilitation and management.
Bec has always had a strong passion for working with pre- and post-natal women. Having recently become a mum to her son, Xavier, she understands the changes the body goes through during pregnancy and the demands on it once the child is born. She loves helping women throughout their journey.
Before joining Phyx., Bec has had many years experience in a busy private practice in Adelaide and as a football club sports trainer.
Bec is currently on maternity leave and due back March 2021.
