Phyx. Mother’s Circle

Welcome beautiful Mumma to our Phyx. Mothers Circle. We can’t wait to provide you & your baby with a loving, nurturing & educational space to help you on your Motherhood journey.

We want you to learn, grow & connect with other mothers to form lifelong connections that will hopefully extend far beyond your 8 week sessions with us.

On your first week on the 2nd May please join us in the Phyx. Pilates studio for a 12.30pm start (feel free to arrive from 12.15pm each week to get set up).

We kindly ask you leave your prams at the door so we have plenty of space in the studio.

Bring a blanket/rug for you & your baby to sit on and feel free to bring a baby bouncer, lounger, toys or anything else to keep them comfortable.

It will be a very casual space where you are free to stop and feed and settle your baby as needed.

$220 for the 8 weeks

Each week we will have guest speakers all specialised in the area of expertise they will be chatting to you about, they all have a wealth of knowledge and we hope you enjoy the variety of the different guests.

Week 2: 9th May Shelley Clarke (Physiotherapist) on Cranio-sacral Therapy, Physio & baby developmental milestones
Week 3: 16th May Rebecca Klass Baby Sensory class
Week 4: 23rd May Melanie Xavier Family Therapist on post partum Mental Health
Week 5: 30th May Apryl Koch (Women’s Health Clinical Nutritionist) on Supporting Mothers post partum Nutrition
Week 6: 6th June Shelley Clarke (Physiotherapist) on Aware Parenting and Baby Sleep
Week 7: 13th June Megan Watson (Phyx. Women’s health physio) on Pelvic Floor
Week 8: 20th June Sara McMahon Babywearing consultant + Photographer Lucy Grace

Optional week 9 (not included in Mothers Circle): 27th June Paediatric First Aid with Head2Toe First Aid (cost $100pp) from 12.15-2.15pm

Unfortunately if you’re sick or away we are unable to do make up sessions due to the structure of the class block system, and we are only running four of these circles per year.
