Everything You Need To Know About Pilates

Pilates is a holistic approach to exercise, centred around controlled movements, precise breathing, and mindful concentration.

In recent years, Pilates has gained a lot of love and attention due to its low-impact (but very much humbling at times) style of exercise. Congratulations To The Seaton Ramblers On Their New Digs!

A huge congrats to the Seaton Ramblers (our local footy club) on moving in to their brand new clubrooms.

Gone are the days of old rickety physio tables in the boys change rooms and now blessed with our very own medic room! Our physios are very spoilt in their new home (Photos to come). If you’re looking to get your little one in to a local club, make sure to check our the Ramblers for next season!

Peadiatric First Aid + CPR Session

As part of our mission to deepen our roots in our community and provide even more value, we are hosting our first Peadiatric First Aid + CPR Session.

What it includes

  • CPR + DRSABCD, how to assess babies & children
  • drowning and choking (prevention and first aid)
  • recommended apps and community resources
  • Q&A
  • access to first aid manual and
  • parent first aid guide

When: 27th June 12:15pm – 2:15pm (2hours)
Where: Phyx. Pilates Studio provided by Head2Toe First Aid
Who can attend: anyone! babies more than welcome to attend with you (and partners, grandparents etc)
Investment: $100 per person. Call the practice on 8356 1379 for more info or to secure your spot (5 places left, first in best dressed)

Phyx. Mums Circle

So far, Phyx. Mums Circle has been a hit! So far we have learnt about returning to exercise post partum, developmental milestones for bubba, coping strategies for post-partum anxiety for mum (& dad), had some fun with an interactive baby sensory session and even some special surprise treats to mark the first mother’s day for these gorgeous mummies courtesy of our lovely physio Sim.
