Child-Friendly Open Pilates Classes (CF)

Child-Friendly Open Pilates Classes in West Adelaide

These reformer Pilates classes are perfect for parents who have a little child between the ages of 1 and 6years old who can tag along to a class.

We’ve timed these classes to fit after the school drop off at 915am and just before school pick up at 130pm. They are run by our friendly physios as an Open class and the plan is that your littlie plays with their toys or watches their iPad while you get in some Pilates.

Please note that your child is your responsibility in this class. Hop up off your reformer if you need to tend to them, take them to the toilet or skip an ad.

FAQs about the Child-Friendly Open Pilates Classes

This class is not appropriate for mums with children under the age of 12months. Our Mums & Bubs classes are appropriate for mums with babies as the program is designed for your post-partum recovery. This class is not necessarily safe for mums before 12months post partum.

We know that food keeps your little ones quiet, but we have a strict ‘No food policy’ in our studio for both the safety of your child (it’s hard to keep your eyes on them at all times) and for the cleanliness of the studio for others in classes after yours.

We will leave that up to you. You know your children better than us. If you think they are able to sit and play and you are able to do Pilates then you can try.

Yes, we have outside toilets. If your child is in nappies, you can change them in our studio or back room.
