These Reformer Pilates classes are designed specially for more mature and less supple bodies. Classes aim to not only improve core, general strength, flexibility, but also balance. Balance is something that tends to deteriorate as one ages, however there are often exercises that can be done to help restore it.

Our highly skilled physiotherapists are trained in Pilates and understand how the body matures. They understand that while your body needs to keep moving, you may need to modify certain exercises, or take it a bit slower.

We offer simpler options if you have difficulty with an exercise, or more challenging options if you want to push harder.
