The Reformer Pilates classes are designed for an all body stretch & strengthen.
Experience a low-impact, high-strength, fun, go at your own pace Reformer Pilates class.
‘Open’ Pilates classes are suitable for those who are generally fit and well.
You will use more of the equipment like weights, boxes and jumpboards as well as an overall faster pace than ‘Mature’ and ‘Mums and Bubs’ classes.
Simply put, expect to get a little more sweaty in this class.
Before entering Pilates Reformer classes at phyx., you will require an ‘Initial Exercise Appointment’ with one of our physios.
