4 Pilates Concepts : Re-align and Re-Pattern Post Baby

The following videos describe 4 major Pilates concepts to help re-align and re-pattern you post baby.

Find your neutral spine. You will need your chi ball.

2. Finding Transversus Abdominis

Find your deep core muscle, transversus abdominis to help with healing diastasis. You will need your chi ball.

3. Diaphragmatic Breathing

Diaphragmatic breathing for better alignment and core activation. You will need your chi ball.

4. Finding Your Pelvic Floor

Find your pelvic floor. You will need your chi ball.

Ensure your perineum has healed post delivery before attempting this exercise.

You should not experience any pain or discomfort in your pelvic floor/perineum. If you do, stop and see your healthcare professional.
